I was at the party store today getting stuff for Cooper's birthday party. A worker asked if he wanted a balloon so I said sure. Cooper LOVES the balloon. I put it on his wrist and he played with it all day in the car. It kept him very entertained. Don't worry I have a mirror in the back so I could see him the whole time to make sure he wasn't getting it wrapped around his neck or anything. Then we got home and brought it inside. He crawled around and played with it all night. He even learned how to pull it down by the string so he could hold the balloon. He's such a smarty!
